As of July 26, 2019, the oneAccess portal has replaced the EZ-Access Single Sign-On (SSO) and District application access request system. OneAccess is now responsible for handling Welligent User Access requests for Charter school employees and Nonpublic contractors.
If you are one of the groups listed below, all SSO and application requests should be submitted on the new system:
- Non Public schools
- Charters schools
- LAUSD contractors
- Non Public agencies
Please view or download the appropriate guide according to your contractor type for making a Welligent role requests in oneAccess.

NOTE: If you are a user who works for two distinct organization types, such as a Nonpublic agency employee providing services at an Independent Charter school, you will need to download and submit a paper application through the LAUSD ITD Remedy ticketing system to have a separate, new account created. Please view the Welligent Online Service Request Guide below for instructions on submitting the paper request through the online system.

Log in to OneAccess (
https://oneaccess.lausd.net/ ) using your SSO account and you will see the Welligent application tile.
Click Manage / Edit Roles on the Welligent application tile to find your request status and history.
Click New Request to complete a new request form.
If you are an approver, please click on the Admin Approver Portal link on the OneAccess home page (
https://oneaccess.lausd.net/ ), log in with your district SSO account, and navigate to Approve Requests.
